Flexibility helps prevent injuries, increases your power, improves your technique, and a whole host of other things.
A while ago, we learned some incredibly beneficial stretches.
Rob is a big guy and to look at him you wouldn’t guess he is very flexible but looks can be deceiving and Rob is one of the most flexible people I have met.
