DO I NEED TO BE FIT AND FLEXIABLE TO START THIS COURSE?

No you don’t. This is perfect place to come along, as we can help you to achieve your goals.

DO I NEED TO DO EVERY SESSIONS DURING 4 WEEK COURSE?

If you can’t make some of them, it is not a problem. We can’t accommodate every persons busy life schedule.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE YOU COMPLETED THE COURSE?

You can have the option to join our regular classes where you can train earlier times also for a discount membership price. This will be announced to you once you completed your course.

IS THERE FREE PARKING ON THE SITE?

Yes we do. We have over 50 free spaces for you to park.

WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR AND BRING ONCE I BOOKED THE COURSE?

You just need to wear your gym clothing and bring a bottle of water and a towel as we provide you all the training gear.

CAN I BRING MY CHILD DURING THE 4 WEEK COURSE IF I STRUGGLE WITH BABYSITTER?

Yes you can, we have spaces for your child to sit and chill out while you train and keep an eye on them.

I HAVE AN OLD INJURY, WILL I BE ABLE TO DO THIS?

When you attend, you will fill out health and safety forms and we assess it, to provide you training that will work around your injury rather cause more problems for you.
