Adults 4 Week Mix Martial Arts & Fitness Course you will learn highly effective mix martial arts based on self-defence system, basic grappling, kickboxing with a crazy fitness programme.

Students train to defend themselves in any situation.

Have you ever considered how you would defend yourself?

In our classes, our qualified Instructors will teach you different ways to approach in using our mix martial arts system and learn how to develop good body mechanics to defend yourself anywhere. Our training is very simple and easy to learn, so our students can learn techniques very quickly and effectively.

Our 4 week beginner courses is a perfect introduction to what we do at Evolution Martial Arts Academy. We are sure you will have great fun training with us, as well as learning a mix martial arts dynamic system with incredible fitness programme.
