This is one of the biggest bullshit I have ever heard in my life…

You have 24hrs in your day and to simply say you don’t have the time is just ridiculous!

You don’t have the time to take care of your health?

You don’t have the time to invest in your body to live for your family or grandkids long as possible?

You don’t have the time to take care of your joints and keep your weight low and still be flexible?

You don’t have the time to look after your mental health?

And also why does it take for a doc to tell you that your health or body is in danger if you don’t do something about it?!

Shouldn’t we just invest and own it to ourselves to be happy and healthy?!
