Our school provides a safe positive stress-free environment for those who has never done any martial arts before.

This is suitable from age 13+ for all fitness levels and abilities.

The school’s curriculum provides a great way for women to stay in shape and have fun!

It won’t become dull or routine like gyms because as soon as you get better, there are always more challenges ahead to keep you inspired and keep coming back for more!

GRADING

You also have the option of doing ladies kickboxing grading. This is a symbol of discipline, commitment and perseverance.

This pathway has helped many ladies overcome their self-doubt and low self-esteem, giving them the opportunity to conquer mental hurdles, improve physical conditions and achieve a rank of ongoing progress.

Grading is suitable for all ages and abilities.

Students’ development is determined by their effort and training. This allows the student to work through the grading system at their comfortable rate.

Q & A

Do I need to be fit to start this course?

No you don’t. This is perfect place to come along, as we can help you to achieve your goals.

Do I need to do every sessions?

If you can’t make some of them, it is not a problem. We can’t accommodate every persons busy life schedule.

Is there free parking on the site?

Yes we do. We have free spaces for you to park.

What do I need to wear and bring once I booked my free trial?

You just need to wear your gym clothing and bring a bottle of water and a towel as we provide you all the training gear.

Can I bring my child to the class if I struggle with babysitter?

Yes you can, we have spaces for your child to sit and chill out while you train and keep an eye on them.
