1️⃣ Cut the sugar
Most people will say that eating sugar in moderation is ok….
But truly it’s not…
Your body is already getting natural energy from the food you eating so all you doing it whacking insulin high which is causing your body to crash and burn which will leave you feeling tired and sluggish.
2️⃣ Cut out sugary breakfast
This is most important to remember…
Your body is already at all time the highest metabolism which is already kicking in which is why it’s important to start your day the right way..
So avoid any sugary breakfast such as cereals, or breakfast or protein bars as they are the worse you can eat which can lead you to feeling tired from your insulin all ready kicking in to burn all that processed sugar.
People seem to be obsessed with protein bars thinking they are going to gain muscles and not fat which i can say is far from the truth.
Don’t be fooled by health companies that are marketing these rubbish!
Instead eat…
Avocado, eggs, healthy cheese, cottage cheese, beans etc etc
3️⃣ Cut down your meal frequency
You have to understand that the body needs time to digest food.
So cramming more food on top of food will end up making you feeling tired and sluggish cos your insulin is high trying to work double time to burn all that food.
4️⃣ Processed food
This is one of the worse thing we can buy from the shops.
Yes it’s cheap but that is the reason why….
You have to understand obesity is now at all time highest and heart disease is one of them and this is from eating saturated fat which we need to avoid…
5️⃣ Replace your carbs and saturated fat
This is super important to understand that we need to be eating healthy fat which is from good cheese, eggs, avocado, meat, beans, etc etc
You must remember that a lot of breads we buy in supermarkets are now baked in sugars and chemicals.
This is why I try and avoid bread at times unless its whole meal but then again I try eat it before workouts or physical activities to give me fuel…
Reason is when I am sitting or relaxing, the last thing you need is fuel which can whack your insulin high again and this can leave you feeling all tired again…
